Headteacher's Welcome It was lovely to see so many parents in school for our Friendly Friday today for Y1 & Y2 classes - the children really enjoyed sharing their classrooms with you! We have also had Reception parents in this week for a Phonics Talk and SEND coffee morning. Thanks to the PTA for organising the uniform sale this morning which seemed to be doing a roaring trade. It is so lovely to work in a school with such a lovely parent community - thank you! This term our Whole School Value is...
Each term we focus on one of our school values. This term we are talking to the children about the Value of Respect and what it means. This will include talking about:- What is Respect? We explain it to the children in a number of ways:-

PTA Cake Sale on Friday 11 October!
We know kids love a cake sale - and this one’s to raise funds so that we can buy ‘extra’ items for the school that will benefit all our children.
Any donations of cakes, buns, & biscuits (baked or bought) would be gratefully received and can be brought to the office from 8.30am on Friday morning. They can be dropped off on Thursday (10th) before school pick up if that works better. Please remember we are a nut free school.
Each class will be invited to choose their cakes after lunch. If you’d like your child to buy one it would be great if you could pop 50p in their book bag that morning. We also invite parents to buy any remaining cakes after school, outside from 3pm.
Please ensure children with allergies have their cake clearly labelled.
School Uniform - Now Online
We have set up our second hand uniform online! Items are slowly getting uploaded, but keep your eye on this page https://www.grownoutofit.
Please ensure you put your child’s name and class with the order!
All proceeds from the sale go straight to school.
